The Census recently released a cool (if VERY long) infographic on the various economic statistics it tracks. There is a veritable mine of trivia here, so I shan’t ruin it for you. But did you know that there are 220,000 full-service restaurants in the U.S.? Or that half of our chocolate shipments come from Pennsylvania??
